"Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Worcester Redevelopment by Menkiti Group"

The grand opening of 526-536 Main St. in Worcester, MA’s historic Theatre District was celebrated by The Menkiti Group. This mixed-use redevelopment project, formerly known as the Ransom F. Taylor Block, has been transformed into a hub for office, commercial and retail activity with the addition of a Workbar coworking facility.

Mark Rengel, VP of development at The Menkiti Group expressed excitement about welcoming Workbar to the Theatre District and showcasing the restoration of this significant property. He also emphasized that this revitalization is an important step in their commitment to creating dynamic mixed-use spaces that honor Worcester’s past while promoting its future growth.

Workbar will be joined by other retail businesses such as Alma Gaucha Prime Brazilian Steakhouse from Boston which will open a new restaurant in one of the building’s retail spaces at Main and Chatham streets. There is currently only one remaining space available for lease and there has been strong interest from potential tenants according to Menkiti Group.
