Virco Manufacturing, a leading provider of furniture and equipment for K-12 schools, has recently renewed their lease for the 559,000-square-foot space at 2027 Harpers Way in Torrance. This long-term agreement was facilitated by The Klabin Company/CORFAC International and marks the first time they have included solar panel installation as part of a client’s energy consumption plan. The panels are scheduled to be installed next year.
Representing Prologis in this transaction was Frank Schulz III from The Klabin Company. Meanwhile, David Prior and Todd Taugner also from The Klabin Company represented Virco in securing their L.A.-area headquarters at this location situated on over 23.5 acres near Van Ness Avenue and Del Amo Boulevard within the bustling South Bay industrial market.
Prior commented on how Prologis’ dedication to its clients made it possible to structure this lease renewal for Virco without any disruptions to their operations – ensuring that they can continue operating from this location for years to come.
