"NYC Police Foundation Moves to New Location at RXR's 530 Fifth Ave."

The New York City Police Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering positive relationships between the NYPD and the community, has signed a full-floor lease for 7,803 square feet at RXR’s 530 Fifth Ave. in Midtown Manhattan. The lease will span over 11 years.

Representing the tenant were Josh Berg and Alex Kessler from Newmark while Andrew Ackerman and Walter Rooney of RXR, along with John Ryan, Patrick Steffens, and Joe Gervino from Avison Young represented RXR. Founded in 1971,the NYC Police Foundation is relocating from its current location at555 Fifth Ave.
