One Thousand Group has recently acquired a 1.6-acre site in East Edgewater for its latest project, Tower 36. The purchase, which was financed by Cirrus Real Estate Partners for approximately $53 million, includes three parcels located at the intersection of East Edgewater and Miami’s Design District: 3601 Biscayne Blvd, 345 NE 36th Street, and 409 NE 36th Street.

Strategically situated at the crossroads of these vibrant neighborhoods and serving as a gateway to popular areas such as Miami Beach, Midtown, Wynwood and Downtown Miami; this prime location was carefully chosen by One Thousand Group for their newest venture. The proposed development has been designed by renowned firm KPF Architects.
