One Thousand Group has recently acquired a 1.6-acre site in East Edgewater for its latest project, Tower 36. The purchase was made possible through financing from Cirrus Real Estate Partners and totaled approximately $53 million. The site includes three parcels located at the intersection of East Edgewater and Miami’s Design District: 3601 Biscayne Blvd, 345 NE 36th Street, and 409 NE 36th Street.
Strategically situated at the crossroads of these two vibrant neighborhoods, Tower
36 will serve as a gateway to popular destinations such as Miami Beach,
Midtown, Wynwood, and Downtown. KPF Architects have been selected to design this highly anticipated development.
Tower
36 is set to be a mixed-use complex that will feature luxury residences under an established brand name along with various commercial and retail spaces.
Additionally,
the project plans include a private members club,
multiple food options,
wellness facilities,
and even a signature rooftop helipad with heli-lounge – inspired by One Thousand Group’s successful One Thousand Museum project.
This new addition promises to enhance the already impressive skyline of Miami’s Design District while providing top-notch amenities for residents and visitors alike.
