Palladium Delivers $30 Million Lewisville Rental Community

Palladium USA has begun work on Palladium Lewisville, a new multi-family community in Lewisville with an estimated cost of $30 million. The development will consist of four stories and offer 90 units featuring one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. Residents can enjoy various amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, conference center, business center, children’s playroom, and clubroom equipped with upgraded appliances and quartz countertops.

Construction is currently underway with the goal to complete the clubhouse and first units by December 2025. The project was designed by Arrive Architects while Treymore Construction is serving as the general contractor alongside Operation Community Care Living to oversee construction. Funding for this project includes $15 million from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs through their 9% Housing Tax Credits program; PNC Bank provided $13.3 million in equity along with over $10.8 million in long-term debt; TDHCA also contributed $4.4 million through their MFDL funding.

The new multi-family community spans across 2.69 acres located at 305 E Round Grove Road in Lewisville.
