Dermody Properties, represented by Colliers, was recently honored with the 2024 Industrial Deal of the Year award by the Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin. This recognition is for their successful build-to-suit lease agreement with Smurfit Westrock, a global leader in sustainable packaging.
The lease agreement involved Dermody Properties leasing out 593,565 square feet of space at LogistiCenter at Pleasant Prairie to Smurfit Westrock. The facility will serve as a centralized corrugated operations hub for their Great Lakes region customers.

He also acknowledged the contributions made by Riley Construction, Colliers, Partners in Design Architects and Pinnacle Engineering in making this project a success.
In June 2023,Dermody Properties acquired the site where We Energies power plant used to be located.
