"Industrious to Expand in Seattle with New Location at Dexter Landing"

Seattle’s Dexter Landing development near the South Lake Union neighborhood will soon be home to a new location for coworking space company Industrious. The nearly 18,700-square-foot space at 1100 Dexter Ave. N. is set to open in late spring and will be the company’s fifth Seattle-area location.

According to reports from the Puget Sound Business Journal, this campus spans over 223,200 square feet and is situated between two Meta Platforms Inc. buildings. It was recently acquired by California-based Palisade Group and Sabal Investment Holdings for $47.5 million.

Industrious Lake Union will offer seating for up to 232 individuals and provide amenities such as daily breakfast service, coffee options, office supplies, and unlimited color printing services.

In addition to its upcoming location at Dexter Landing, Industrious also has existing locations in downtown Seattle (400 University), University District,
Bellevue,
and Denny Triangle areas of Seattle.
The company currently operates over 160 coworking spaces across 65 cities worldwide.
This expansion highlights their continued growth within the industry.
