Construction has begun on the 21 Hollywood apartment complex by Starlife Group.
Located at 2100 N. Federal Highway, the tower will stand at 13 stories and sit on a spacious 1.48-acre site across from South Broward High School. The development will consist of a total of 200 apartments, with an additional retail space spanning over 10,000 square feet and parking for up to301 vehicles. Residents can look forward to luxurious amenities such as a pool deck, game room, fitness center with yoga/pilates room and sauna, movie theater room,coworking space for professionals,a children’s play area,and even a dog park! The upper levels will also feature penthouses.
Kobi Karp Architecture based in Miami designed this project while Starlife Builders serves as both developer and general contractor.The expected completion date is early2027.
According to reports from S.Florida Business Journal,the developer purchased the property in2023for $6.5 millionand plans to securea construction loan worth $35 millionfor this venture.
