The Harbor City area of Los Angeles has recently gained a new tenant, thanks to the efforts of The Klabin Company/CORFAC International. After completing a seven-year lease for a 52,572-square-foot industrial facility at 1405-1407 240th St., Matt Stringfellow, SIOR and Courtney Bell successfully represented the landlord, Alere Property Group LLC. The new occupant is Total Safety U.S., Inc., who will be relocating from their previous location in Rancho Dominguez. Brian Held and Ron Wade of CBRE assisted in representing Total Safety.
This spacious facility boasts several features including an office space measuring at 4,500 square feet as well as four dock-high positions and four ground-level doors. With up to 25′ of clear height and its own fenced private yard, this concrete tilt-up building was built back in1999.
According to Bell: “When our previous tenant left two years ago we were faced with challenges due to market conditions.” However through perseverance they were able find the perfect fit for this property with Total Safety taking over the entire building.
