CRG, the Chicago-based real estate development and investment management arm of Clayco, has made key changes to its executive leadership team in order to support continued growth and expansion into new U.S. markets. Shawn Clark was appointed as CEO while Chris McKee, formerly chief development officer, assumed the role of president.
Clark and McKee will collaborate with COO Steve Schnur to guide CRG’s strategic growth plans as well as furthering their real estate development and investment activities across North America. Additionally, Schnur will be instrumental in enhancing internal processes for the firm’s benefit .
Commenting on these changes within CRG’s executive leadership team , Clark said “We are thrilled about this transition which we believe will allow us to better serve our clients’ needs while also providing investors with greater success opportunities.” He added that “The firm is fortunate enough have such a talented group of individuals who are dedicated towards achieving even greater success in future endeavors.”
