COPA Real Estate Investments, LLC and Long Wharf Capital have joined forces to purchase Webster Village, a high-end boutique apartment complex located in Hanover, MA on the Boston South Shore. The sale price of $25,950,000 has not been disclosed by the seller.
Built in 2017 and consisting of two buildings with elevators, Webster Village boasts 76 one- and two-bedroom units. Under COPA’s investment strategy focused on privacy and nature themes, the property will be rebranded as Webster Woods. Management of the property will be handled by John M. Corcoran & Company.
Phillip Bakalchuk and Ed Olchowicz from COPA expressed their enthusiasm for this acquisition as it marks their second under the company’s umbrella. They also highlighted Hanover’s desirable features such as highly-rated schools, strong local demographics,and convenient access to transportation options like commuter lines and highways leading into Boston. Additionally,the area offers an abundance of quality retail storesand professional services nearby.
