Kraig Heeter, an executive vice president at Kidder Mathews in South Seattle, has been selected as the president-elect of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) Foundation. With over 20 years of experience specializing in industrial properties, Heeter became an SIOR designee in 2016 and has been serving as President of the Washington SIOR Chapter since 2022.
In his new role, Heeter is eager to continue advancing education, research, and initiatives that elevate the real estate profession. “I am thrilled to have this opportunity to give back to a career that has brought me so much fulfillment,” he stated.
