Benson Construction has begun the construction of a LuxeLocker Storage facility in Goodyear, Arizona. The new state-of-the-art facility will be conveniently located near the Phoenix-Goodyear Airport at 14585 West El Sol and is expected to open in January 2026.

Spanning over an impressive 140,090 square feet, the facility will offer a total of 206 units with an average size of 750 square feet each. Of these, there will be a total of145 rental units available while the remaining61 luxeunitswillbe sold as individually owned condominiums. The property boasts top-notch amenities such as gated access, climate-controlled storage options, on-site restrooms,a wash bay,a RV dump station,and additional conveniences like air compressors and fresh water supply.
