On Monday, Irvine Company reported strong leasing activity in Orange County since July 1st. Over 600,000 square feet of office space has been leased to leading companies across various industries through new leases and renewals. The largest deal during this time was JPMorgan Chase’s commitment to lease 173,000 square feet at Jamboree Center in Irvine.
According to Roger DeWames, president of Irvine Company Office Properties, this leasing momentum reflects the high demand for top-quality workplaces with a landlord that can meet the changing needs of the market.
In addition to these leasing achievements, Irvine Company also announced a $17 million renovation project for Jamboree Center in Irvine. This transformation will include a new amenity hub featuring a two-story KINETIC fitness center – the first of its kind within their Orange County portfolio – as well as an event venue with direct access to outdoor workspace at 3 Park Plaza.
