King Street Properties, in partnership with BW Kennedy & Co., recently celebrated a topping off ceremony at 75 Jackson Rd. in Devens, MA. The event was attended by approximately 70 guests and marked the completion of the structural framework for the new building on Pathway Devens campus.
This is King Street’s fifth project in collaboration with BW Kennedy as general contractor within this district, which caters to industries such as life science, green tech and advanced manufacturing.
“We are thrilled to reach this significant milestone thanks to our dedicated teams’ hard work and expertise,” said Tyson Reynoso, managing director/partner at King Street.
The 210,659-square-foot building has been designed specifically for advanced manufacturing purposes. It boasts clear heights of 18 feet on the first floor and 16 feet-10 inches on the second floor. The high bay area offers a maximum clear height of up to 38 feet. Completion is expected by July of next year (2025).
