The 27th Annual NAIOP SoCal UCLA vs. USC Real Estate Challenge recently concluded with the five-member graduate student team from USC emerging as the winner. After delivering a presentation to a panel of esteemed industry judges, they were awarded the silver shovel trophy for their outstanding performance.

Held on November 21st at USC, this year’s competition saw teams from both UCLA and USC competing against each other to determine the best use for a unique parcel of land in Southern California.
