JEMB Realty has recently signed a long-term lease with Rubenstein Law, a Miami-based personal injury firm. The lease is for 5,000 square feet of space at the prestigious 1 Willoughby Square (1WSQ) building. This move will see Rubenstein Law doubling its presence in Brooklyn and occupying the remaining space on the 12th floor of this iconic office building.
This exciting announcement comes just one month after another major deal was announced for an industry-leading streaming service provider to take up residence in 8,100 square feet at 1WSQ.
The team from CBRE consisting of Paul Amrich, Neil King, Zachary Price, Alex D’Amario and James Ackerson represented JEMB Realty in this transaction while Jenna Catalon , Matthew Cheezem and Scott Quick from Cushman & Wakefield represented Rubenstein Law.
