Trammell Crow Company (TCC) has recently secured a lease agreement with COUR Pharmaceuticals, a leading biotechnology company specializing in autoimmune therapies. The lease is for space at Evanston Labs, located in the bustling city of Evanston, Illinois.
COUR Pharmaceuticals will be relocating its headquarters, research and development lab, and pilot manufacturing plant to this state-of-the-art facility. They will occupy approximately 50,000 square feet across two floors – the eighth and ninth – of the building. The leasing process was facilitated by David Burden from Colliers International on behalf of COUR Pharmaceuticals while TCC was represented by Dan Lyne and Brandon Green from CBRE.

Evanston Labs is situated at 710 Clark Street and boasts ten stories with a total area of 178,800 square feet dedicated exclusively to advanced sciences labs. This Class A building was completed earlier this year.
