ZoomInfo has recently signed a new lease for approximately 101,000 square feet at 404 Wyman St., which is part of a larger life sciences and office campus in Waltham, MA. The campus is located just 12 miles from Boston and consists of 13 buildings totaling over 2.2 million square feet. ZoomInfo has been a tenant at the Wyman campus for the past four years and will now be moving into their new space there.
The Hobbs Brook Real Estate-owned campus boasts an impressive tenant roster including global vaccine leader Seqirus and ServiceNow, a cloud computing platform specializing in digital workflow management.
