JPMorgan Chase has announced plans to construct a new three-story office building in Winnetka. The building will feature a cutting-edge private bank facility and a new retail branch for Chase on the ground floor.
The project, located at 791 Elm St., will double the size of the previous building to approximately 35,000 square feet of retail and office space spread across three floors. Construction is expected to be completed by mid-2026.

As one of Chicagoland’s largest employers with over 14,500 employees, JPMorgan Chase’s project is also expected create around 250 local construction jobs during its development phase.
