Cake & Joe, a gourmet cake, coffee, and beverage shop, has signed a five-year lease with Silverstein Properties and Arden Group to occupy 1,124 square feet of retail space at 1735 Market Street. This will be the company’s third location and it will be located on the ground floor of the building. The landlord was represented by Keith A. Cody and Gordon Hough from Silverstein Properties while Nadia Bilynsky, Kyle Ruffing, and Alex Snyder from MPN Realty represented Cake & Joe.
The new location will offer breakfast and lunch daily as well as catering services. Cake & Joe currently has locations in Pennsport and Fishtown neighborhoods in Philadelphia. According to Keith A.Cody SVP of Commercial Leasing at Silverstein Properties,”We are excited to see more activity in our retail spaces at 1735 Market Street.” He also added that this addition will further enhance the building’s offerings which already include world-class amenities along with easy access to downtown Philadelphia’s vibrant culture.
Currently standing tall at 54-stories high with over 1 million square feet of office space available for lease,the trophy office building is almost fully leased out with only about ten percent vacancy remaining.
