Biddle Real Estate Ventures recently held a groundbreaking ceremony for the new Potomac Shores community, which will serve as a vibrant addition to the town center.
The event marked several significant achievements, including the completion of the $24 million VRE Station garage and commencement of construction on the new Station House. This development is expected to attract further retail investment in Potomac Shores’ Marketplace corridor.
Spanning 20,000 square feet, the two-level Station House will offer over 15,000 square feet of retail space. The upper level will feature an 8,500-square-foot restaurant with both indoor and outdoor dining options. The first floor will house more than 7,000 square feet of additional retail space.
Core Architecture from Washington D.C. was responsible for designing both projects:the VRE Garage and Station House at Potomac Shores. Construction was carried out by L.F Jennings from Falls Church VA., with an estimated completion date set for Q4 of 2025.
