AvalonBay has recently entered the Austin market with its newest development, Avalon Tech Ridge. This publicly traded company is known for their high-quality developments and they have wasted no time in starting construction on their first project in Austin. Located at 14100 John Henry Faulk Drive, this townhouse community will feature a total of 444 units ranging from one to three-bedroom apartments and three to four-bedroom townhomes. The average size of these units will be around 1,036 square feet and the first phase is expected to be completed by early 2026. AvalonBay will also serve as the general contractor for this project.
In addition to Tech Ridge, AvalonBay has also acquired another townhome community in Austin called Bee Cave Townhomes. Formerly known as Brisa Townhomes, this property consists of 122 spacious three and four-bedroom units located at 4810 Brisa Way. Built just last year in 2022 by The NRP Group, it was quickly purchased by AvalonBay due to its prime location and modern design.
Overall, it’s clear that AvalonBay is making a strong presence in the booming city of Austin with two impressive developments under their belt already.
