Kushner has announced that two new retail businesses, Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls and Sunglass City, will join the oceanfront destination of Pier Village in Long Branch, NJ in the summer of 2023. Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls will occupy 2,062 square feet while Sunglass City will take up 1,624 square feet. These tenants are joining other recently opened stores such as Salt Life Little Words Project and Sundae Donuts this spring.
Pier Village is now over 95% leased with 493 luxury rental apartments, 243 upscale condos and 91 hotel rooms attracting over 2.3 million annual visitors to its location on the Jersey Shoreline.
