Austin Investor Secures $63M Refinance for 332-Unit Apartment Community in the Area

The Muir Lake apartments in Cedar Park, known as the Old Three Hundred Capital, recently secured a $63 million loan for refinancing. The 332-unit project was completed in 2024 and is located just 19 miles south of Austin. LoanCore Capital provided the financing for this rental community.

According to Commercial Edge, the property had previously received a $61.4 million permanent loan from Walton Street Capital in June of 2021.

Spread across more than 46 acres, this apartment complex consists of twenty three-story buildings with a mix of one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 654 to 1,700 square feet. Residents can enjoy various amenities such as a fitness center, sauna, swimming pool with sundeck and game area, outdoor kitchen and business center. There is also an indoor spa with water feature along with additional features like eucalyptus steam room,a coffee/tea bar,lounge areas,and picnic areas complete with barbecue grills.

Conveniently located at12600 Avery Ranch Blvd., Muir Lake Apartments are situated near Parkline Shopping Center making it easily accessible for residents.

Connect CRE reported that an investor based in Austin has successfully obtained a $63 million refinancing loan for their property known as Muir Lake Apartments located in Cedar Park.The project which comprises of over three hundred units was completed back in year twenty-twenty-four.The lending firm responsible for providing financial assistance was LoanCore capital who offered funds specifically towards revamping this rental community situated nineteen miles away from downtown Austin.

As per reports by Commercial Edge,the previous funding arrangement involved receiving sixty-one point four-million dollars through permanent loans originated by Walton Street capital during June last year.This residential estate covers forty-six acres consisting mainly outspread structures comprising mostly three floors.There’s availability options between single bedroom or double bedroom layouts varying within six-hundred fifty-four up till seventeen hundred square feet.Common facilities include workout gymnasium,steam room,pool with sunbathing deck and gaming section,outdoor kitchen,business center as well as an indoor spa featuring a water feature.Additionally,the community also has eucalyptus steam rooms,a coffee/tea bar,lounges with fireplaces,clubhouse and picnic areas equipped with barbecue grills.

The Muir Lake Apartments situated at 12600 Avery Ranch Blvd. is conveniently located near Parkline Shopping Center making it easier for residents to access the nearby shopping area.
