Basis Industrial has appointed Max Ducharme as managing partner of its new branch, Basis Alternative Investments. This branch focuses on special situations and opportunistic investment strategies.
Ducharme will focus on expanding the company’s portfolio outside of multi-tenant industrial and self storage in the Southeast U.S., New York tri-county areas, existing car wash facilities, land sites for new conveyor car wash development and distressed value-add retail opportunities.
Prior to joining Basis Industrial, Ducharme served as senior vice president of Investment & Development at Falcone Group where he was responsible for all aspects of the development process.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at University Pennsylvania in Philadelphia; a Master Arts from same university; Bachelor Science degrees in Accounting & Finance from Lehigh University Bethlehem Pennsylvania .
