TSCG has welcomed Declan McGarry and Blake Swanson as vice presidents in the firm’s Nashville office. Both will focus on tenant and landlord client objectives and strategies across middle and east Tennessee.

McGarry moved from Canada to Nashville in pursuit of music but eventually transitioned into commercial real estate where he specializes in retail tenant-reputation with an emphasis on honesty & integrity within brokerage circles.
Swanson is a local who began his career as an IT Project Manager before moving into retail tenant-representation & investment sales due to his knack for negotiation & cultivating strong client relationships.
