Fugro, a Dutch geo data company, is relocating its U.S. headquarters to Republic Square – a 35-acre office campus located at 13501 Katy Freeway next to Terry Hershey Park in Houston’s Energy Corridor. Lee & Associates represented the property owner Dart Interests while Colliers International represented Fugro during the transaction. The company will occupy 75,000 square feet of space that was formerly owned by Exxon Mobil on the four-story building which underwent two years of renovations and added two conference rooms and fitness center in 2020. Samsung and Gate Energy were among the first tenants after Exxon departed from this 325,000 square foot facility which is now 50% occupied with Fugro taking up almost all of second floor’s double C shaped building bringing occupancy rate above 70%.
Prior to this move, Fugro had its U.S headquarter situated at 6100 Hillcroft Ave., Sharpstown for many years before deciding to relocate it within Houston city limits
