Dallas Hilton Anatole Hotel $30M Renovation and Upgrade

The sprawling Hilton Anatole in Dallas, TX features 1,606 beds and was the largest hotel in the city when it opened its doors in 1979. Since then, it has changed hands between Loews and Wyndham brands before being operated by Hilton today. In 2010, a $125 million renovation took place with plans now to spend an additional $30 million on a 27-story tower refresh.

According to the Dallas Business Journal, this guest room facelift will include new paintwork and carpeting as well as bath vanities/sinks plus millwork replacements of existing outlets/switches along corridors with updated lighting fixtures. BBGM Architects & Interiors Inc is listed as design firm for these renovations which are expected to be completed by Q1 2024.
Originally developed by Trammell Crow within the Dallas Market Center complex – initially featuring 900 guest rooms – several additions have been made over time including construction of JadeWaters Water Park making this one of Texas’ most popular destinations for visitors from around the world!
