Westside Investment Partners specializes in purchasing distressed assets and recently acquired the Campus at Waterview, a promising candidate for their portfolio. The three-building office asset was purchased for $27 million, significantly lower than its previous sale price of $66.85 million in August 2014. The seller of the campus was Barings, a renowned global asset management firm with over $431 billion in investments worldwide.
Located near Interstate 25 and surrounded by various retail and dining options such as Park Meadows Mall and Centennial Airport, the campus offers convenient amenities to its tenants. Some notable businesses currently occupying space at the campus include RingCentral (a telecommunications service provider), The Hanover Insurance Group, and Orica USA (a mining company).
According to Westside’s website, they have successfully sold over $3 billion worth of assets through their strategic investment approach. With more than 30 active projects under their belt, Westside continues to grow as a leading player in distressed asset acquisitions.
The recent acquisition of discounted offices in Centennial is just one example of Westside’s successful investment strategy showcased on Connect CRE .
