Diamond Beach Holdings and Ashlar Development have commenced site work on Whitecap NPI, the first-ever master-planned coastal community in Corpus Christi. This $800 million project will span 240 acres and be the premier luxury residential and resort destination on North Padre Island. Diamond Beach is the property owner while Ashlar serves as lead developer.
Whitecap NPI will offer over 600 residential options upon completion, including single-family homes, villas, condos and cross-generational housing with canal access for boating or water sports situated in island enclaves connected by bridges, boardwalks or walking paths. The public town center will feature a variety of dining establishments along with entertainment venues such as a resort hotel plus dry stack marina & yacht club; shops; galleries; markets & Whitecap Nature Preserve are also included in plans for this development.
