CBRE has successfully completed five office leases totaling 59,428 square feet at PNC Bank Center in Wilmington, Delaware. The newly renovated office building, located at 222 Delaware Avenue in the heart of downtown, is a prime location for businesses seeking modern and updated office space.
The leasing process was spearheaded by CBRE’s John Kaczowka on behalf of Douglas Development, the property’s ownership. Among the largest leases secured was a 32,530-square-foot renewal for PNC Bank itself. This transaction was arranged by Tom Coyne of Fidelity Commercial.
Other new tenants include Heyman Enerio Gattuso & Hirzel LLP with a lease for 13,918 square feet negotiated by Cindy Fleming from JLL; Akerman LLP with a lease for 5
