"Nanoramic Labs Moves Headquarters to Woburn"

According to a report from the Boston Business Journal, Nanoramic Laboratories, an energy-storage technology company, will be relocating its headquarters from Wakefield to Woburn, MA. The move was confirmed on Tuesday and involves leasing 40,000 square feet at 10 Commerce Way – a building owned by Cummings Properties that was previously occupied by Ionic Materials before it shut down earlier this year.

This is not the first time Nanoramic has moved its headquarters in recent years. In fact, this marks their second relocation in just three years. Previously located at 7 Audubon Rd. in Wakefield (a facility spanning 24,000 square feet), they had moved there from Boston’s Seaport District due to rising real estate costs.

The new Woburn location is already fully equipped with necessary infrastructure for the company’s operations and will aid in accelerating their battery technology while also allowing room for future team expansion according to Christopher Deane – spokesperson for Nanoramic who spoke with the Business Journal about the move. The relocation was arranged by Steele Divitto of The Steele Group and David Thomann of Cushman & Wakefield.
