Roland Foods, LLC, a specialty food importer and distributor based in the New York metropolitan area, has signed a lease for 28,850 square feet of office space at 115 W. 18th St. in Chelsea. The company will be moving its corporate headquarters from Masonic Hall on West 23rd Street to the entire fifth floor of the building previously occupied by WeWork.
The negotiations were facilitated by CBRE’s Joseph DeRosa and John Isaacs on behalf of Roland Foods with Wasserstein Enterprises representing ownership through ABS Partners.
According to DeRosa, this new office space offers an ideal location for Roland Foods’ global headquarters in one of Midtown South’s most sought-after submarkets where large floor spaces are scarce. Additionally, significant renovations will be made to create a dynamic and inviting workplace environment for employees every day.
