The project consists of five buildings totaling 908,300 square feet and is classified as Class A space. Adolfson & Peterson Construction (AP) was the general contractor for this development and began work on it in February 2023.
Designed by Alliance Architects, all facilities within Mid-Cities Logistics are suitable for storage, distribution and light manufacturing purposes. CommercialEdge reports that Fifth Third Bank provided approximately $64.5 million in financing for the construction of this project.
The property is conveniently located just north of Highway 180 with direct access to Interstate 820. It is situated only ten miles from downtown Fort Worth and twenty-five miles from downtown Dallas.
