Third & Urban, a prominent Atlanta developer, has announced plans for a major redevelopment project in Brookhaven. The project will involve replacing several outdated office buildings with a mixed-use development on the 32-acre site located off Buford Highway.
The proposed development will include 2,000 residential units featuring apartments, senior residences, corporate housing units and townhouses.
