The deal was brokered by SVP Ciara Trujillo, senior EVP David Santistevan and VP Erin McKinley on behalf of sellers Susan Lynn Roschke and Sherry Anne Urena, Successor Trustees of the Harmon Family Trust Agreement.
The property spans approximately 10.87 acres and is fully approved for 64 single-family homes. According to Trujillo, Lennar Homes was chosen as the buyer due to their thoughtful plan to provide housing options for the City of Poway. The team is excited to see this development come to fruition.
