Local and state officials recently came together to celebrate the groundbreaking of The Residences at Lawrence Hill in Wellfleet, MA. This new community will feature 46 affordable rental units designed with sustainability in mind, located on Lawrence Road.
The development is a result of a partnership between two non-profit organizations, the Community Development Partnership and Preservation of Affordable Housing, along with Studio G Architects. It aims to provide low- and moderate-income families with access to permanent, stable affordable housing year-round.
Situated on town-owned land near a public school, The Residences at Lawrence Hill will offer housing options for households across various income levels.
