Alliant Insurance Services, a nationwide insurance brokerage firm, has recently signed a three-year lease for their new office space in downtown Portland, Oregon. The new location is situated just one block away from Pioneer Courthouse Square and conveniently located on the MAX transit line. Alliant’s new office is within the Pacific Center building at 851 SW 6th Ave and boasts various amenities such as a renovated atrium lobby, three conference rooms, and an on-site workout facility.
According to Peter Johnson, Managing Director of Alliant Specialty: “The move to Downtown Portland allows our team to be centrally located and easily accessible for our clients while also positioning us at the forefront of the city’s revitalization efforts.”
Jordan Schnitzer, President and CEO of Schnitzer Properties (the owner/operator of over 30 million square feet of real estate across six western states), expressed his excitement about Alliant Insurance Services’ decision to relocate their offices to Pacific Center: “We are thrilled that Alliant has chosen our office building as their new home.”
