Rubenstein Partners, L.P. has announced a new long-term lease agreement with Arcfield, a government technology and mission support provider. The lease is for over 36,000 square feet of space at 1400 Morris Drive in the Chesterbrook campus located in the King of Prussia submarket.
Arcfield will occupy the entire third floor and part of the first floor on a long-term basis. This move marks their first office relocation in decades and they are also the inaugural tenant at 1400 Morris Drive after its recent upgrades.
The transaction was facilitated by JLL’s Doug Newbert, Mike MacCrory, and Whitney Hunter representing Rubenstein while Cushman & Wakefield’s John Shelly and Gina Brennan represented Arcfield as their tenant representatives.
“We are thrilled to welcome Arcfield to our premier list of tenants at Chesterbrook,” said Brian Simel from Rubenstein. In 2019, Rubenstein acquired this property which underwent significant capital improvements across its campus.
