Omnilife, a Mexican health and nutrition company, has announced plans to construct a $40 million headquarters in Allen. The new U.S. headquarters is expected to be completed by next fall.

Located within the Prodigy Park business hub developed by Heady Investments near North Watters Road, Omnilife USA Inc. will occupy 73,209 square feet of space. The company acquired 5.75 acres along State Highway 121 for its building in February from Heady Investments.

The project’s design is being handled by Dallas-based architecture firm 5G Studios while Structure Tone Southwest serves as the general contractor and Winkelmann & Associates as the civil engineer.

Upon completion, Omnilife’s new headquarters will accommodate approximately 140 employees and serve as a manufacturing facility for supplements such as vitamins, magnesium and fiber among other products.
