A $425 million credit-tenant lease loan has been secured by the developers of a sprawling sports complex in Pima County, Arizona. This financing, provided by CTL Capital and originated by BWE, will fund Phase I of Mosaic Quarter. The tenant and developer for this project is Knott Development, with Pima County as the lessee.
Located at the intersection of I-10 and Kino Boulevard in Tucson, Mosaic Quarter will cover 90 acres and encompass 1 million square feet. Phase I includes a field house spanning 137,000 square feet and an iceplex covering 200,000 square feet.
The two-story field house will offer eight basketball courts,
six volleyball courts,
four indoor soccer fields,
24 pickleball courts,
two 7-on-7 football fields,
32 badminton courts
as well as two party rooms
and a rooftop event patio.
The iceplex features two community rinks,
a large arena rink with seating for up to
3 thousand spectators.
It also includes fifteen locker rooms
two party rooms
a pro shop
and team store.
Construction on Mosaic Quarter is set to begin in November of2024 with an estimated completion time frame of three years.
