"Palm Springs Hotels Receive Loan from DC Partners"

According to statistics, it is a wise decision to construct a hotel in the Palm Beaches. In 2023, there were 9.48 million visitors in the area, which was a 2.5% increase from the previous year and has resulted in an increased demand for hotel rooms.

The S. Florida Business Journal has reported that DC Partners is proceeding with what appears to be a low-risk venture by building a dual-branded hotel in Palm Springs with financing provided by Equity Bank amounting to $13.3 million for the construction loan on their recently acquired property at 2645 10th Ave North, which they purchased for $5 million back in July.

The WoodSpring Suites will span over an area of 48,660 square feet and have 122 rooms while Everhome Suites will cover an area of57,971 square feet with114 rooms. The hotels are designed as extended-stay accommodations equipped with kitchens and guest laundry facilities along with fitness centers and pool amenities.
