Simon, a Mall REIT, has recently completed a major revitalization project at Burlington Mall. This multimillion-dollar redevelopment included the addition of 130,000 square feet of space and nearly 50 new retail brands over the past five years. The mall, located in Burlington’s northwest suburb in Massachusetts, now boasts an outdoor park and elevated wood elements with porcelain tile finishes throughout the center. Soft seating and directional signage have also been added to enhance the overall shopping experience.
The revamped mall features a mix of local retailers as well as popular global brands like Uniqlo and lululemon. In November, Vineyard Vines will open its doors followed by Aritzia later this winter season. Marc Jacobs is also set to join these leading brands at Burlington Mall.
