BentallGreenOak (BGO), a global real estate investment management advisor and provider of real estate services, has appointed Ryan Severino as Chief Economist and Head of Research for the firm’s U.S. business. In this role, Severino will be responsible for conducting global and regional economic research, analysis, commentary in support of BGO’s investment teams through property market forecasting.
With 25 years experience in economics, real estate & investment research & analysis under his belt; Severino joins BGO from JLL where he served as Chief Economist managing their economics team. He is also an adjunct professor at Columbia University & New York University with published original research featured in journals such as The Wharton Real Estate Review & The Real Estate Finance Journal respectively.
