Handler Real Estate Organization (HREO) has renewed a long-term lease with Wasabi, the London-based sushi and bento chain, at its 561 7th Avenue property in Manhattan. Wasabi first opened its flagship US location in 2014 and will now modernize the space to include a refreshed interior, updated external signage, and an invigorated hot food offer. The planned unveiling of these changes is scheduled for late 2024 or early 2025.
The 81,214-square foot office tower offers 24/7 access with an attended lobby as well as onsite security. Other hotels and eateries such as Margaritaville Yard House & Pink Taco have recently joined Wasabi in the immediate area according to Scott Galin – Principal & CEO of HREO. This renewal further solidifies HREO’s commitment to providing quality retail options for their tenants while also creating vibrant communities around their properties throughout New York City
