Kite Realty Group has officially begun the latest phase of its mixed-use development at One Loudoun in Ashburn, Virginia. This expansion will bring 86,000 square feet of new retail space, a full-service business hotel, between 23,000 and 34,000 square feet of premium office space and 400 luxury multifamily units.
The next phase has already secured tenants such as Arhaus,Van Leeuwen Ice Cream,bartaco,and Tatte Bakery and Café. More well-known brands and restaurants will be announced soon. The business hotel will sit above ground-level retail spaces with views overlooking the district’s shops,eateries,and charming streets.The high-end residential units are designed to match the quality expected by the surrounding community.
This expansion follows on from Kite Realty Group’s most recent addition to One Loudoun which brought popular retailers lululemon Warby Parker,Sephora,and sweetgreen.”We are excited for this next chapter at One Loudoun which will continue to build upon our already successful asset,” said Greg Goldberg,Vice President of Leasing at Kite Realty Group.
