Baltimore Peninsula Welcomes Clyde's Restaurant Group

The Baltimore Peninsula development team, headed by MAG Partners in collaboration with MacFarlane Partners and Goldman Sachs Asset Management, announced that Clyde’s Restaurant Group (CRG), a subsidiary of Graham Holdings Company based in Washington DC, has signed a long-term lease for Rye Street Tavern at the 235-acre mixed-use waterfront community. The 12,000 square foot two story restaurant building features an outdoor dining area.

Clyde’s Restaurant Group currently operates twelve properties across Maryland, Washington DC and Virginia. The redesigned space will include bars and private event spaces as well as dining areas to accommodate guests.
Mayor Brandon M Scott expressed his excitement about the partnership between Clyde’s Restaurant Group and Baltimore Peninsula stating “Baltimore Peninsula’s transformation into a vibrant community is another example of Baltimore’s renaissance…I am excited about the partnership with Clyde’s to bring its first location to our city and the shared vision for building diverse thriving communities.”
