LCOR, a company based in New York City, has recently acquired The Batch Yard. This residential community is located in Everett, MA and consists of 328 units. The exact amount paid for this acquisition has not been disclosed. This marks the first transaction under LCOR’s new Innovative Living Strategy which focuses on purchasing high-quality properties that have been developed within the past five to ten years and implementing cutting-edge operational technology.
According to Jacob Albano, director of acquisitions at LCOR, “We are confident in the growth and appeal of Everett and are excited to launch our Innovative Living Strategy with this community.” He also stated that they see many potential assets that could benefit from these technologies and plan on expanding this strategy across their target markets.
